Pretty Profits from Ugly Homes

Because of general stereotypes related to what constitutes real estate value perpetuated by advertising and media hype most of us are led to think that the wealthy real estate moguls got that way through high-priced mansions and posh resort property. But in reality, many of the worlds rich and famous got that way via the time-tested path of buying and selling the ugliest houses they could find. Buying ugly houses is profitable, for those who know how to see beyond the blemishes and cosmetic flaws.

The gorgeous houses on the block stand out like supermodels. But if you happen to be the proud owner of the worst looking house on a street where other houses are fashionably turned out, your property will look like a diamond in the rough. And that is good for business if you are a real estate investor. Do nothing to it, and the value of it will still rise, because location is so important, and your drab house is located next to the expensive homes. Do a little cosmetic work such as paint, a new roof, and some landscaping and you can turn a cheap house that was an eyesore into a thing of beauty, both physically and fiscally.

And chances are that your profit margin will far exceed the margins of those houses that had expensive face-lifts before investors purchased them. The value you add to property becomes your equity, and when you sell for a price that includes that additional worth, you can make extraordinary profits. Along the way it is possible to get financing based on the equity you are creating, so you can let your home improvements pay for themselves as you proceed with your fix-up project.

For that reason, some experienced investors will only deal with properties that are rejected by others. By concentrating their energy on neglected houses, they accomplish two important goals. First of all, they limit the competition. If youre buying houses nobody else wants, you will never get into a bidding battle and you will probably never have to pay full price. Secondly, buying ugly houses involves essentially the same process each time. You buy it, fix it or sell it to another investor, and sell it or rent it out as income producing property. By repeating the same strategy over and over, investors can hone their skills and focus on developing a niche in an otherwise undervalued market.

If you decide to rehab properties, you can create a crew of professionals to assist you as a team, and move your crew from one project to the next. One person handles paint and wallpaper, one does the plumbing, and one tricks-out the landscaping. Many investors move with their contractor teams from one place to the next, and continually make cash to invest in future projects. Buy the worst looking house on the street, dress it up, and you will cash in on one of the oldest and most fundamental principles of real estate investment success.

Obstacles In Building Self Confidence

Do you know whats holding your self confidence back? Its great that you have decided to build your self confidence. However, there are a few obstacles that can keep you from achieving your goal.

Most of the time, these obstacles are so obvious that they do not seem like obstacles at all, and all you can see is that your resolve to be self confident is not taking you anywhere.

Therefore, it is important to become aware of these seemingly harmless
obstacles that have all the power to stop you in your path. Lets have a look at what could be the reasons that you are not moving ahead in top gear.

Are You Undisciplined?

Some people simply have the talent to waste a lot of time without realizing it. They lack the self-discipline to stop their actions that waste time. Imagine a situation wherein you have a list of tasks to be completed successfully as a part of your self confidence building program.

However, the moment you enter your home you involuntarily grab the remote and start channel surfing on the idiot box. Its only after an hour that you realize that you have been vegetating in front of the T.V in the time you had scheduled to do other tasks. You realize that you have already disturbed your schedule.

In a self development program, its you and only you who has the power to change yourself. Nobody will come to monitor your actions and progress. You have to keep a watch on your inner graph and see to it that it goes up! Avoid temptations and stick to your schedule.

Are You Lazy And keep Procrastinating?

Procrastination is one of the greatest and most silent killers of confidence. It does not let you complete your jobs and tasks in time. Things keep mounting and finally you get overwhelmed by all the many things that have piled up and need your attention.

The very basics of building confidence start with listing little things that are doable. You gain more confidence to take on greater tasks and responsibilities by successfully completing the lighter tasks at hand.

However not being prompt and delaying important things till they become
urgent makes you miss the opportunity of working on your confidence and
puts you in danger of falling back again into your earlier cycle, thereby wasting all the effort and energy you had put in to becoming aware of your low confidence trap and getting out of it.

Does Your Old Self Keep Pulling You Back?

Assume. Assume. Assume is the technique here. Assume that you are a
different person with habits you wanted to inculcate.

Imagine the way you would like to be. Imagine a self confident you taking things in your stride. Then try to bring into your daily actions the way you have imagined yourself to be. “I dream by painting. Then I paint my dream” was the technique what the great painter Vincent Van Gogh followed.

Your assumed self will make people react to you in a different way, according to your new self. This will establish your new self to the world and will help you keep up the new self before it becomes a habit a second nature!

If you behave indecisively and helplessly, you will invoke proportionate
reactions from people around you, thereby reinforcing your previous self. This throws you back again. Remember that you cannot get ahead if you keep looking back. Realize this and stop sliding back.

Dont Copy Self Confidence. Do Not Try To Become Like Someone Else.

One of the greatest mistakes that people make when trying to increase their low self confidence is falling in love with an image of their icon who may be a sport star or a film star or any celebrity and then they try to be like them.

This is one of the greatest mistakes that people can commit when trying in increase their self confidence. You have to be yourself at all costs. Getting inspired is wonderful but merely aping these guys wont take you anywhere.

There is no need for any two people in this universe to be exactly the same. The challenge is to be yourself in a world that is trying to make you like everyone else!

Finding The Best Accommodation Around Benidorm And The Costa Blanca

When planning travelling to the Costa Blanca and Benidorm, you will want to consider accommodation options. This city is built for tourism and there are many choices available in terms of a place to stay. Do some research on the internet to determine where you want to stay during your visit. Compare hotel and property rentals to help you make a decision.

Book your reservations early, especially if you plan to travel during the busier times of the year. In this region, the summer months are the busiest. Hotels and apartments tend to fill up quickly during these months. If you are planning a summer vacation. book your hotel room or property rental at least six months in advance.

Plenty of Hotels to choose from in Benidorm

There are over 170 hotels in Benidorm. With this many to choose from, it shouldnt be too difficult to find a hotel that will fit your needs. Hotel choices range from basic accommodations to five star luxury hotels. Consider the amenities you want when looking for a place to stay.

Read reviews of a variety of hotels to get an idea of what is available. Reviews can be found in travel magazines or on the internet. Look for websites that offer reviews written by consumers. These are good because they are written by people who have stayed at each hotel. Many websites offer pictures of the hotel from the outside, as well as pictures of the rooms.

Compare amenities as well as prices. Larger hotels will have swimming pools, restaurants and may be closer to attractions than smaller, less expensive places. Consider what is important for your vacation. If you are travelling with children in the summer, you may want a hotel with a pool and other activities for the kids to enjoy.

Finding Apartments

If you are planning to stay for a longer vacation, you may want to consider renting an apartment. Families sometimes prefer the privacy and home like atmosphere of an apartment, rather than a hotel. Property rentals can be found through travel agents, Benidorm based real estate agents and on the internet. An agent based in the city will be able to give you the best information on the properties and areas in which rentals are available.

In some cases, you may be able to deal directly with the owner of the property for a rental. This can save you money, since you wont need to pay commission to a real estate agent. Property owners often advertise rentals on the internet and in travel magazines. You may have to do a bit more searching with this method than when dealing directly with an agent.

An apartment will have at least a small kitchen. This will allow you to prepare light meals, such as breakfast or lunch in the apartment. Eating some meals in the apartment will save you money on food costs. In addition, it is more relaxing to enjoy a light breakfast before heading out for the day. A small kitchen is nice when children get hungry between meals or late in the evening.

Compare prices for a hotel and an apartment rental. For longer stays, an apartment may actually be the better deal. This is especially true when prices are compared with higher priced hotels. The time of year is another consideration in terms of price. Prices will be higher in the peak season, than at other times of the year.

Look early for rentals, especially if you want to be near the beach. These tend to fill up fast, particularly in the summer. Its best to start looking at least six months in advance if you are looking to stay in a certain area. If you are more flexible in where you want to stay, you may be able to find something on shorter notice.

Day Trading: Great Fun – If You Are Ahead

Imagine with me the dream, you have just woken up at 8:00 to the whistling of song birds in the trees outside your South Carolina beach home and you are beginning to smell the gourmet coffee that brews when you wake up. You look outside to see another beautiful day ahead and instead of being depressed because you will have to waste it inside an office with fluorescent lights blaring down on you inside your cubicle you are welcoming it with the enthusiasm of a little child on the first day of summer break. You see you are a day trading guru, who from the privacy of your own home and with the convenience of a high speed internet hook up, and are therefore free to do as you please.

This is true because you actually enjoy the thrill of the market and the challenge of fast paced decisions and strategies that go with the life of trading stocks on a daily basis. You are in this not for the retirement that is slowly and steadily becoming enough to support you in your golden years, you are in this for your income. In order to survive you have to buy low and sell high enough today to turn a profit and get a paycheck. This is the challenge, the fun of day trading.

So you grab a cup of coffee and head over to your desk and computer to get a brief look at the events on the market this morning. You see that things are well according to the buy plan that you made the night before and that you dont have to make any changes. You then grab the paper on the front walk (the Wall Street Journal of course) and amble out onto your back deck sipping on the dark Sumatra. This is just the morning of your typical work day of day trading and you are loving every minute of it.

Later that day you go and play a round of golf with your day trading buddies and discuss the events of the morning on the market. You get together with these guys, kind of like a focus group, to bounce strategies off one another and to give and receive advice. You return home for the afternoon and get a bite to eat and a shower before settling down in front of your computer for research and planning for the next days buying and selling. But first you have to make the sales from the buys you made yesterday AM and you are pleased to see that you have returned a little bit higher than average profit $1500.

The Perils of Surgical Mishaps

The concept is often one that is ripped right out of a horror novel or late-night news special. The idea that doctors can perform surgery on the wrong side of the body is a frightening one. Most people would dismiss the idea of such a surgery mishap as being a remote occurrence, believing things like medical training and advanced technology would help prevent such things. However, there is some alarming information that has come to light because of a news report from The Providence Journal, a newspaper in the state of Rhode Island. An article that detailed how three different patients had doctors perform surgery on the wrong side of their brains uncovered the disturbing statistic showing just how common such snafus actually are in the medical world.

Making The Candlestick Hole

The easiest part of making a candlestick, is to make the hole. Of course, this by no means is to say that you can just up and do it, but if you follow my advice, it’s all gonna be alright. So when youre satisfied that the hole is smooth and round, to stick the nut band in the dado. If you made with this gauge the width of your insertion of table of router, very that you must make is placed to him downwards in the slit of mitres, the place above insertion and maintains it with the table (25). Win Or Lose Team Sports Teach Boys the Skills They Need to Succeed

Team sports are a rite of passage for school age boys across the country. From football in the fall to baseball in springtime, competitive sports have defined generations of youth. Besides the acquisition of obvious skills in a particular sport, participation nets youths with benefits that go far beyond punting footballs or catching grounders.

Young boys develop physical stamina and health, confidence in their abilities, as well as perseverance. They also learn to understand the value of teamwork and leadership. Young athletes that play sports will be rewarded with a sense of accomplishment as they set goals and to work hard at reaching them.

In a society where obesity has risen to near epidemic levels, boys who participate in competitive sports attain a level of physical conditioning that excels their peers who merely attend public school physical education classes. Physical conditioning sets athletes apart by giving them a solid understanding of fitness, and the discipline necessary to keep their bodies in top form.

A boy in sports learns to persevere. Under the watchful eyes of dedicated coaches, a boy soon learns the value of sticking with the program, even when the going gets tough. Youth athletes become acquainted with their personal limits and, more importantly, how to surpass them. Lessons in perseverance at an early age build confidence and establish patterns of endurance that will serve him well throughout his life.

Early on in sports, young men see the accomplishments of those who have gone before them. With a sports role model, boys will learn to dream big. In achieving their dreams, boys learn additional lessons as well: perseverance, patience, and goal setting. Instead of day dreaming over fantasies, boys learn to systematically attain one level of success at a time. As each goal is met, the thrill of accomplishment will propel them forward to higher standards.

A young man in sports will soon begin to recognize his own talents and abilities, and the important seed of confidence is sown. Even when failure is the lesson of the day, boys can gain important skills. Losing can develop sportsmanship and in encourage boys to try harder, do better and reach the mark. When boys face tough opponents they gain confidence. Sports are a personal test a that help a boy grow into a man.

Inherent in competitive sports is the value of teamwork. As a competitor, youth discover how to work with their teammates. Learning to be a contributing member of a team is a valuable skill that will help boys throughout their life. When playing on a team, athletes gain a perspective of the bigger picture and learn to set aside petty differences for the good of everyone. Sportsmanship develops when boys shares in the glory of winning, and the disappointment of defeat.

It is difficult to measure the potential benefits for a young man who participates in a youth sports program. The lessons learned have an effect that extend far beyond childhood. Sports build positive character traits such as perseverance, confidence and goal setting abilities. These less tangible rewards grow alongside the physical benefits of health and fitness creating well-rounded young men with the skills and integrity to succeed.

Options for Buying World Series Tickets

Its that time of the year again - baseball fever is spreading like wildfire, and tickets are selling faster than hotdogs. So, your team is playing, and you have to be there. What are your options for buying World Series tickets before there are none left to buy?

First the traditional method. Pick up the phone and try to purchase tickets from the team during the scheduled sale period. The bad news, of course, is that these tickets usually sell out within 30 minutes flat. Solution? If the ticket agency or team provides multiple phone numbers to call, get all your friends and family organized to call as many times as possible across the multiple numbers.

Another way of getting your hands on those precious tickets is to identify those among your network of contacts (friends, family members or coworkers) who are season ticket holders for one of the teams. Season ticket holders usually get an option to buy tickets at the face value price. See, it pays to keep in touch!

Alternately, you can surf the Internet. Log on to the tickets section of the team’s website but lets be honest, hoping that the team is going to have tickets on sale is a total shot in the dark.

Besides the team website, other sites, such as Tickets 4 U, offer World Series tickets. This is how it works – season ticket holders who, for whatever reason, are not able to make it to the game, post their tickets for sale on the site. As a result, these sites often sell the best seats in the house. Of course, playoff tickets dont come cheap. But you can also find tickets for more affordable sections on these sites.

And then there are always the ticket broker websites from where you can purchase tickets. Your ticket may be just a google click away.

A word of caution please do buy tickets ONLY from reputable agents / brokers / intermediaries. You dont want to buy a ticket and then not get to see the game because what you bought was a scam ticket (yes it does happen), do you?

So how does reputable translate on the net? In webspace, the site that you are conducting the transaction with should be secure, first of all. Second of all, they should have a past history that vouches for their integrity in dealings with customers. Tip – a seal of approval from the Better Business Bureau, Verisign or other such authorities is a good sign.

Remember if you buy your World Series tickets well in advance of the game (before opponents are finalized), there is a good chance of getting tickets at better prices. At this point the demand for tickets will be lower so the chances of finding exactly the seat you want from a site like Tickets 4 U is all the better.

Timothy Ward IS Hotter Than You

Inspiration for the articles I write does not always come instantly. That’s why I spend hours upon hours each day surfing the internet and visiting various websites. This may sound like time wasted or goofing off but I assure you that I am working. While some writers find that long walks or exercise help them to invoke the muse, I’ve found that cruising along through cyberspace with no particular place to go helps to stimulate that corner of my brain that holds great ideas. Sometimes when I need a little more stimulation I even go as far as drinking a few Bud Lights. The things I do to please my readers…

One of my favorite websites to visit when I’ve had a few beers is HotorNot.com. If you haven’t heard of HotorNot.com then I suggest you click over there real quick and check it out. I’m far too buzzed to go into a detailed description right now. I’ll pause while everyone clicks over. (PAUSE) Ok! Is everyone back? Good! And now that we all know what HotorNot.com is all about I can continue with my ranting.

I like HotorNot.com because it allows me to look at women without the risk of them calling me a ‘pervert’ or ‘freak’. In fact I can stare at the women on HotorNot.com as long as I want and none of them will call me a psychpath, or worse, call the police.

I also love the fact that I get to rate the women after I’ve finished oogling over them. Any man will tell you that this is basically what we do anyway. We look at a women and then we rate her in our heads. Of course our rating scale is not so much ‘from one to ten’ as it is ‘would I sleep with her or not’, but it’s essentially the same concept.

I hate the pictures of woman that have men in them as well. I find it hard to rate a women if she has her boyfriend standing there next to her. If I give her a 9 does that mean that he gets a 9 as well? I may not think that he is a 9. Not that I’m judging men. But then again maybe I am. I’m not gay or anything but I know an ugly man when I see one. But that doesn’t mean I’m comfortable rating them.

I finally got up the nerve to put my picture on HotorNot.com. Actually, it wasn’t so much getting up the nerve as it was getting up the money to get my picture developed onto a CD so that I could upload it. I’m an admitted cheapskate and even though it only cost $2.82 I still had to work the added expense into the budget. Now that my pictures online I wake up every morning and check my stats to see hat rating people are giving me. Today when I checked I was up to a 7.2! That means that I am hotter than 69% of the men on the site! At least that what it says on my statistics page. That means that for every 100 males that post their pctures on Hotornot.com only 31 of them can do as good as me in the looks department. I’ll be sure to bring that up at my 10 year high school reunion. Every one else may have great careers as doctors, lawyers, mystery shoppers, et cetera, but has all of cyberspace voted them into the ‘Top 35 Percentile of Hotness’. I think not.

You can click here: http://www.hotornot.com/r/?eid=ERELALO&key=HNY to rate my picture. However, I warn you that I have contacts in the Russian underworld and I’d hate to have to send the Gormanilov brothers after you because you gave me a 4 or below. I might be just a tad bit biased but I think I’m easily a 8. Then again that may just be the liquid stimulation talking…

Your MIND and Its SUPER-Powers Hidden Within

The human mind is an Infinite wonder.

It has the power to transmute your Inner desires into their physical counterparts once focused.

What the mind can conceive, You can achieve, just as long as you have the inner Belief and Will Power to back it.

For example, take the case of where cancer patients were given ‘Placebo Pills’.

These pills were just plain old pills that have absolutely NO healing capabilities what-so-ever.

So what, how did they get well?

The healing power came from their thoughts.

They were told that these pills contained the highest amounts of cancer-fighting ingredients which can effectively cure them in just a matter of months.

So the point here is, they naturally assumed in their mind that if they took this pill it would make them better and that their health will be restored.

Do you see how powerful your mind can be?

They simply registered it in their minds that these pills would cure them of their illnesses and in the process, the belief embedded within their subconscious mind became a reality.

This is just one example of the SUPER-Powers hidden within your mind.

So… now that I have your attention your probably asking yourself this question, “How can I use my mind to achieve my dreams?

Well, one of the most effective ways is to use the “as if” principle.

And what I mean by that is, act “as if” YOU are the person you want to be.

Act “as if” You are already possess whatever it is you have longed for.

Simply put, Think, Act and Feel like you’ve already accomplished what you have dreamed about all your life.

This principle is a very Powerful principle if you simply believe.

And you’ll be much closer to your goal if you’re constantly intact with your objective(s).

It’s okay to be obsessed with your dreams.

It doesn’t mean that if you want to be Superman you’ll be able to fly out of a window and into outer space.

That would be Crazy!

I’m simply saying, “Do what needs to be done”.

Take ACTION on your dreams.

Let your visions Encourage and Motivate you.

The problem with people in todays world is that they are too pre-occupied with Worries, Anxieties and Negative Emotions.

As a result of this, people are adversely affecting their state of health.

White lies unfortunately have become prevalent nowadays in order to ease the burdens or to persuade others to do things that they thought are unattainable.

A famous person once said, “Whenever you think you can or you can’t, you’re right!”

If you think you are poor, then you are; unless you properly condition your thoughts to a ‘Positive Mindset’.

I know it’s hard to think “Rich” if your environment is not conducive to such way of thinking.

Use your imagination and ‘Visualize’ in your head that your house is a mansion and your old car is a Porsche,…

Well, I think you get the picture.

There is absolutely NO limit to what the mind can achieve but You have to combine Belief, Will Power, and ACTION with positive thinking in order to achieve your inner desires.

24 Tips and Strategies on How Everyone Can Blog Right and Get Everybody to Read

By the end of 2004 blogs had established themselves as a key

part of online culture. “Blog readership shoots up 58% in

2004 6 million Americans get news and information fed to

them through RSS aggregators But 62% of online Americans do

not know what a blog is.” – Pew Internet & American Life

Project

Tip #1 – How and Where Should I Start?

You should begin your blog with a free blog hosting service

such as Blogger (http://www.blogger.com), or other similar

free services such as JournalHome.com, LiveJournal.com or

Blog-City.com. The learning curve for using such free

services allow you to spend more on developing your content

rather than worrying about the advanced areas of scripting,

hosting, or programming.

Tip #2 – The Things You Should Decide to Write About

Although not a required prerequisite for you in order to

write a blog, it is highly recommended to try to find a

topic to write about based on your level of interest and

knowledge. The higher your level of interest, the easier it

is for you to get your quality content posted on your blog.

Always try to choose an area which you can enthusiastically

write about on a daily basis.Try to pay attention to a niche

which suites you well. A niche is basically a targeted

product, service, or topic.

Tip #3 – Always stay on topic.

Opinions are generally accepted but the content of the items

in the blog should all relate to a general theme. The

majority of your readers will be interested in the content

that relates to a specific defined theme or loosely defined

area of interest. Define a topic and try not to run too far

away from it. This will ensure that you create a loyal

following of interested readers.

Tip #4 – Information is king, be informative.

If you are attempting to create the impression that you are

knowledgeable about a specific industry or sector, be sure

that you stay current on news. Checking your facts before

you’re giving out an opinion or a product review is always a

good idea, your reputation is at stake. If by any chance

you’re utilizing other people’s articles for you blog

content, ensure that you follow the terms of usage defined

by the author.

Tip #5 – Old news is not news, but old information can be

recycled and made new.

While blogging everyday can be

strenuous and time consuming, it is important that the

information presented is current and accurate. Information,

articles or any other archived resources can be recycled /

modified to add more substance to your content. As long as

they’re relevant and informative, there’s no reason why it’s

not a good approach.

Tip #6 – Be disciplined and stick to a fixed posting

schedule.

Realizing that blogging requires time and effort,

don’t create unrealistic expectations and be unable to

deliver. If you have worked hard to develop an audience and

a community you don’t want to lose them due to lack of

communication. If time is not on your side, take advantage

of tonnes of automatically updating contents which are

available for your blog. Looking at the constantly updating

nature of RSS feeds, other RSS feeds from similar topic can

be inserted within your blogging post.

Tip #7 – Posting Frequency.

If your blog content is updated frequently, search engines

will tend to spider the pages at regular intervals. Updating

your blog daily not only keeps your blog more interesting to

readers, but it also gives your blog fresh content on a day

to day making it more appealing to search engines. To keep

your blog traffic and retain your visitors interest it is a

must to update your blog daily with multiple entries. You

should try to update your blog everyday with at least 2 – 3

or more daily entries, depending on your daily schedule.

Tip #8 – Quantity matters.

In order to attract the attention of search engines, you

will need to produce a relevant amount of content and

information. A headline or simple sentence is not going to

generate the interest of readers or help with search engine

ranking. Be sure to archive old blog posts to develop a

large portal of similarly-themed content.

Tip #9 – Clarity & simplicity / Short & Concise.

Keep your posts and blog entries clear and easy to

understand. Simplicity always produce better results at the

end of the day.

Aside from the lengthy article a week for syndication and

publication your blog entries should be short & concise (if

you can help it). Should you insist on partaking on the

lengthy road, try to maintain a clean paragraphing style,

proper spacing, use different size, color and bold for your

titles as well as the subtitles. Use bullet points, go

straight to the point and never run out of topic. Insert

images to spice up things if you’re an avid fan of long

posts.

Tip #10 – Utilize the “blockquote” and “code” tags.

Being one of the few most underutilized blogging formatting

tags, these 2 items can help you on emphasizing certain

points, in the most efficient and striking way. Formatting

is simple and straightforward. Just get your message into a blockquote tag, and your message will apear

distinctively different from the rest of your text, thus

gets more attention which it deserves. Take note that the

formatting for these 2 tags differ from blog to blog

depending on how the owner defines the tag in the CSS

(Cascading Style Sheets).Click the below link if you want to read more about CSS.

http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp

Tip #11 – Keyword-rich.

If the goal of your blog is to increase your visibility,

include related keywords in the title of the blog. Use the

title as a headline to attract interest. Each item post

should have a title that will attract attention but still be

relevant to the post. The title should be no longer than

10-12 words. Experiment with the titles if you must,

possibly try to avoid general and ordinary titles. Try to

include extraordinary and innovative titles to grab the

readers’ attention.

Tip #12 – Spell checking and proof-reading.

It only takes a few extra moments and can save you from

having to make embarrassing explanations. The hazards of

Internet is that if you’re too late to correct your mistake,

most likely it’s already been crawled by the search engines

and read by many. It is extremely essential to think / proof

read carefully twice or even thrice, about what you post

before doing so. Take note of your language and grammar.

Tip #13 – RSS Feeds

RSS to a blog is like fuel to cars. Mostly every single free

blogs or bloggin software out there will have an automatic

RSS feed generating feature. Although it’s most unlikely

that you’ll find one without a RSS feature, simply leave it

and find a new one, if you happen to come across one without

it.

Tip #14 – The essence of the Internet – Traffic.

It’s no

secret. You must have traffic to realize the definition of a

blog.. There are numerous ways to build traffic. Paid and

free advertising, viral marketing, search engine marketing,

RSS/XML feeds, word-of-mouth, submitting to numerous blog

and RSS directories, etc. RSSBlogsubmit (

http://www.rssblogsubmit.com) provides a submission service

for your Blog & RSS feeds. You should always use your blog

URL address in the signature of your email, forum

discussions, message boards, or any other communication

media. Never forget to share your blog to your friends,

colleagues, and any other invidious that you know of.

Tip #15 – Track Your Blog

Tracking your blog does not have to be overly sophisticated

usually a simple free page counter like StatCounter.com,

ActiveMeter.com, Extremetracking.com or Sitemeter.com will

do the trick. Install (copy/paste) the code into the html of

your blog template and start tracking your visitors. Its

better to use a service which gives you advanced traffic

analysis, such as keyword tracking information, referral

information, and search engine information. Visitors,

returning visitors, and unique visitors should be standard

for any page counter service you choose.

Tip #16 – Make use of your Blog’s statistical and tracking information.

Believe it or not, your visitors’ information

from your tracking scripts will provide you priceless

information on how you can attract more readers. Keep note

on the keyword terms used from search engines which bring

you traffic. You can identify relevant closely related

topics which you can venture into and add more variety into

your blog, yet staying very much in topic. Simply put, more

topic coverage and more variety = more traffic. You may

analyze your tracking information further on how you can

strategize your blog’s content. You can also apply some

keyword optimization strategies here.

Tip #17 – The essence of your Blog is your Audience, listen

to them.

Always interact with your readers who post comments

on your blog. Reply with a brief thank you note or just

simply attend to their questions if they have any. It’s a

proven fact when there’s a direct human interaction and

knowing the fact that there’s a “real human” at the other

end of the blog makes most of them coming back. If your

audience provide suggestions, comments or feedbacks, take

them constructively and inform them if you have any desires

of implementing such ideas on your next update. And of

course, don’t forget to thank them for their ideas. If it’s

a great idea, why not throw in a free gift?? Mention their

website in your blog?

Tip #18 – Create and increase the “Why Must I Return” Value to Your Blog.

Everyone knows the fact that Blogs get a huge level of

returning visitors because of its constantly updated

content. Why don’t you add more interesting items to that

return value by having fixed periodical posts / offers, e.g.

Monday Top 10 Tips, Picture of the Week, Free Bonus of the

Month, Free Daily Wallpapers, etc. to give them the absolute

excuse to return to your blog. As long as you can

efficiently and appropriately increase that Return Value

constantly, it is mostly guaranteed that you’ll be getting

tonnes of repeated visitors, period.

An advance notice, prelaunch announcement or anything

similar to that also can act as a short term return value

strategy. Encourage readers to comment on your such notices

/ posts. Experiment and play around with this idea.

Tip #19 – Multiple blogs.

It never hurts to use multiple blogging accounts to attract

more people. You can even have multiple blogs within

Blogger.com itself, but you may also want to try different

free blogging services such as JournalHome.com,

LiveJournal.com, Blog-City.com, etc. Should you have the

urge to have multiple similar duplicates of your blog just

to gain more traffic, it is wise to avoid it as search

engines / feed directories might translate that as excessive

redundant information which simply brings you trouble, and

you’re tend to get penalized, banned or even accused of

spamming.

Tip #20 – Digital Art, Creative Graphics.

Another proven fact – Monotonous and continous display of text will make your

readers run away! Try to include non- advertising graphics,

pictures, photos, and art in your blog entries, but try to

keep them at a limit. Too many graphics also mean slower

loading time and messy text and graphical combination. You

don’t want your blog to look messy. Most of the time,

graphics can bring your blog to life. Pictures can make

boring texts interesting no matter how long it is. Graphical

elements are by far the fastest message delivering element

available on the net today. It may deliver various messages

by a split second of a look.

Tip #21 – Maintain a Personal Blog.

A blog is most successful when it is kept personal. Try to

include personal experiences which relates to the topic of

your blog entry. Stay away from the business style of

writing.
Write with a more personal style and use first-

person narratives. Share product reviews and personal

endeavors, instead of trying to make it sounds like you’re

selling.

Tip #22 – Credibility & Popularity.

As thing progresses, things need to change in order to cope

with the flow and nature of development. If your number of

readers are reasonably huge, and still using a free blogging

service to get your messages out, you may want to consider

getting your own domain name and hosting plan to have a more

personalized Blog.

Domain names and hosting plans are pretty much

straightforward. Research is all what it takes to get the

best of all the available options. For the most highly

recommended comprehensive listing of Free Blogging software

out there, drop by at http://www.opensourcecms.com. This is

by far the best place to drop by if you want to get your

research done about which blogging software to choose.

Reviews, ratings, public votes, demos, etc are provided. And

the best thing is, all of them are Open Source, which means

they are totally free. Try going through the server

requirements for each software before purchasing your

web hosting.

Tip 23# – Customize the look of your Blog

If you happen to be using one of the Free blogging services

out there, you might notice that most of us are using the

same template again and again for our blogs. It is well

understood that not everybody has the technical knowledge to

change the layout as how they want it to be, but if you have

the knowledge, by all means try to customize it and make it

look DIFFERENT. You can grab that extra attention, if you’re

different in certain ways. Create that image for yourself.

Tip #24 - Blog and Make Money

Once your blog has gained some real momentum and your blog

traffic is increasing then it is time to start thinking

if you want to turn your traffic into profit. Some of the

recommended income generating sources are as follow :-

Google Adsense, Amazon Associate program (www.amazon.com),

Blogads.com, Crispads.com, Tagword.com, Affiliate Programs

and any advertising related text links can be your place to

start off.

Final #Tip – Conclusion.

Following these blogging tips should make your blogging

experience much more rewarding. Blogging is generally done

out of interest and enthusiasm and sometimes for income

generating purposes. The flexibility of blogging will never

cease to expand. Through time, dedication, and persistence

you will be rewarded with all the royalties of blogging.

Infertility: Whats is Wrong With Me?

There are many causes for infertility out there in today’s society. Many good people want to have children, but just can’t figure out why that it is not happening. There are many reasons to why you are not able to become pregnant. Here are some reasons into why someone could not be able to conceive.

Infertility does not have to happen inside the women’s body, it can happen in the male reproductive system too. The first step to deciding what the best way to treat the problem is figuring out who has the problem in the first place. Most problems in males have to do with sperm. It could be the amount of sperm being produced, or lack of amount, or it could be the lifespan of the sperm. Other complications and reasons for infertility are problems in the way the sperm is delivered. In some cases the male could have erectile dysfunction, ejaculation issues, or a blockage in the ejaculatory ducts. The male also might not be producing enough sperm, or the sperm he is producing is malformed in some way.

In women the problems are more in numerous, and vary widely. The most common cause would be a problem during ovulation. This could prevent the development of an egg and also could block the fallopian tubes. These problems could be caused by endometriosis, adhesions, or scaring, pelvic inflammatory disease, or poor ovary reserves. Ovarian failure can because of aging, but it can be because of other factors too. Often it is a defect in the anatomy of the female that restricts the egg from being implanted.

Many factors are involved in the reason for infertility, and you need to see a doctor to have those problems diagnosed. The best luck you will have conceiving is if you see a doctor who specializes in infertility problems.

Malign Effects of Anorexia and Bulimia

Eating disorders make lots of victims among people nowadays. The persons suffering from these conditions are exposed to many threats, developing obsessions with food and experiencing changes in their behavior. Eating disorders are a sort of mental illnesses that seriously affect the health and the lifestyle of the persons who suffer from them. People with eating disorders usually feel depressed, tired, anxious and confused. Eating disorders lead to severe mental and physical damage, making people susceptible to malign behaviors and activities.

Anorexia Nervosa (anorexia) and Bulimia Nervosa (bulimia) are considered to be the most common and dangerous eating disorders. Anorexia and bulimia both involve obsessions with food and a constant fear of gaining weight. The differences between anorexia and bulimia, however, are related to the body weight and the behavior of people who deal with their effects.

Anorexia involves a constant desire to be thin, regardless of how much the persons actually weighs. People who suffer from anorexia have a distorted perception of their physical appearance, always feeling that they are fat. No matter how much effort they may sustain in order to lose weight, the persons with anorexia are never appeased with their accomplishments. Anorexics are usually a lot thinner than bulimics. People with anorexia usually have a strong will, eat very little food, respect drastic diets and carefully count the calories of their meals.

Bulimia involves several different eating habits. People who suffer from bulimia may eat very little food for some periods of time and then eat large amounts of food instead. However, despite the great deal of food they eat at once, bulimics make sure to get rid of it from their system. The persons who suffer from bulimia purge the food from their bodies by vomiting or by taking laxatives and diuretics. They also exercise a lot in order to burn the food they consume.

Both anorexia and bulimia can lead to internal complications and even death from malnourishment. Anorexia and bulimia, as well as other eating disorders can be treated but it is very important to act quickly when dealing with this sort of illnesses.

Anorexia and bulimia affect people regardless of their age or sex. However, girls and young women are more exposed to developing eating disorders, especially due to their permanent preoccupation with their looks. Studies indicate that around one percent of young women and girls suffer from anorexia, while two percent are confronted with bulimia. The number of male persons suffering from anorexia exceeds the percentage of female persons affected by the same illness. The percentage of male people with anorexia is somewhere around five percent or more.

Despite the fact that anorexia and bulimia has attracted the attention of many scientists and psychiatrists lately, the performed studies havent yet clarified the causes of anorexia and bulimia. Although it is thought that eating disorders are exclusively of psychological nature, appearing on the background of emotional instability and depression, there is also the possibility that some eating disorders might be developed due to some physical predispositions.

Anorexia and bulimia can be prevented by eating properly, respecting an appropriate eating schedule and by making improvements in your lifestyle. You should learn to take better care of your body and to be content and appeased with your physical appearance. Good self-esteem and self-respect are very important in the prevention of eating disorders.

Don’t Fall Victim To A Health Insurance Scam – 10 “Red Flags” You Should Look For

In today’s fast paced world, business owners don’t often have the time to thoroughly check out the companies they rely on to provide goods and services. In many cases, a determination of product/service quality can be made at the time goods are delivered or services are rendered. If goods or services do not meet expectations, there is often an immediate remedy available. For example, poor quality goods can be shipped back to the supplier and/or payment for services can be withheld until services are satisfactorily rendered.

Unfortunately, business owners do not always purchase items that are tangible items, in the sense that they can immediately determine the quality of the goods and/or services at the time of purchase. One example of such a purchase is health insurance. Since health insurance is not usually used immediately after purchase, the quality of care or the legitimacy of the policy may not even come into play until the business owner, or a family member, actually needs to have medical treatment. This is one of the primary reasons that many companies, often appearing legitimate, can get away with selling bogus health insurance coverage to unsuspecting business owners.

In most cases, fraudulent health insurance policies are sold to business owners by telemarketers or “agents” through bogus Associations and Unions. In that, the buyer must join a professional and/or trade association or become a union member to qualify for health insurance. In fact, in a study published by the U.S. General Accountability Office (GAO) in 2004, the GAO found that association schemes ranked at the top of the marketing methods followed by bogus health insurers. According to the report, “Employers and Individuals Are Vulnerable to Unauthorized or Bogus Entities Selling Coverage, between 2000 and 2002, the U.S. Department of Labor and state insurance regulators identified 144 unauthorized entities selling health insurance unlawfully. These entities defrauded 15,000 employers and more than 200,000 policyholders out of $252 million.”

However, it is important to mention that many individual and group health insurance products are endorsed by reputable Associations, such as the ARRP and the American Bar Association and, many reputable Unions, such as the AFLCIO and the Teamsters. These organizations have long been recognized for bringing a common class of professionals or citizens together for other purposes that have very little to do with health insurance. Membership commonly includes a wide range of other benefits in addition to discounted health insurance. Typically, the organizations have a governing organization, a constitution and bylaws, a set of officers, voting rights, regular membership meetings and a professional code of conduct.

Unfortunately, most individuals do not find out that they were making hefty monthly payments or premiums to fraudulent Associations or Unions until they have a severe condition that requires medical treatment. Usually, it isn’t until after they receive treatment that they receive notice from their medical provider that the claim that was submitted to the insurance company was denied and that all the medical charges that were incurred are now their responsibility.

Often, the scheme starts when business owners are contacted by telephone or approached by someone who claims to represent a certain, official sounding, Association or Union. The business owner is then informed that if s/he becomes a member of the Association or joins the Union, s/he could qualify for a low cost group or individual health insurance plan. Typically the Association or Union is promoted to represent self-employed individuals and small business owners. The low cost health insurance is usually presented as one of the many “perks” that the business owner can qualify for, in addition to many other “member” benefits, like discounts on other services, such as dental, eyeglasses, office supplies, hotels, rental cars, etc.

In many instances, these bogus companies involve licensed health insurance agents to sell their fraudulent health insurance products. Sometimes the “agents” know the products are fraudulent, other times, the “agent” also falls prey to the scheme. Often, the schemes prey upon consumers who have been previously declined insurance coverage or suffer from a pre-existing condition. Since these consumers have very limited options to purchase private health insurance coverage, the benefits of an Association or Union membership that offers health insurance coverage for a “membership fee” or “union due” is enticing. To the unsuspecting consumer that has a pre-existing medical condition or is paying high premiums for coverage, the “membership fee” or “union due” is a small price to pay for what they believe will be a quality health plan that provides “guaranteed” coverage with no “pre-existing condition exclusions” and no “waiting periods.”

In many circumstances, the print materials that are left with the consumer are very well designed, however, the majority of the time, the language in the “health plan brochure,” if there is one, is very unclear. The literature may name the entity that is authorized to act as the health plan administrator of the plan, but neglect to name the actual insurance company that is providing the health insurance coverage. Unfortunately, it is often difficult for the consumer to separate the illegitimate companies selling official sounding health plans from the legitimate ones. Typically fraudulent health plans have many commonalities.

Here are 10 “Red Flags” that may indicate health insurance fraud:

1. The “agent” is not a licensed insurance agent but an “enrollment” or “membership” coordinator.

2. The term “discount plan” is written in the product literature, but the term health plan, health insurance or policy is frequently used by the plan promoter. Discount plans often provide nothing more than a discount for medical services, such as prescription medications, eyeglasses, dental, etc. These plans are not designed to offer major medical health insurance coverage.

3. The official sounding “Association or Union” is one that you have never heard of before.

4. The plan is referred to as an ERISA plan. The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) is a federal law that allows employers to set up employee benefit plans for employees and their dependents. ERISA plans are not subject to state regulation and are not regulated by the state insurance commissioner. ERISA plans are normally not sold as health insurance, but are instead, established by employers, unions or groups acting on behalf of employers. Therefore, unsuspecting buyers believe these plans actually offer health insurance coverage, when if fact, they do not.

5. The buyer is told that the “membership fee or union dues” includes the health insurance premium, but there is no mention of the word “premium” in any of the plan literature.

6. The plan offers “guaranteed” insurance coverage with no exclusions for “pre-existing conditions” and no “waiting periods.”

7. The plan is significantly cheaper in price than other health insurance plans.

8. The term “reinsured” is used in regards to the plan. Reinsurance is something insurance companies buy to protect themselves against their own risks. It is insurance for insurance companies. Licensed insurers rarely have their agents mention any of their reinsurance arrangements during a sales presentation.

9. If the Association or Union is comprised of members from all walks of life and/or requires its members to state that they belong to a certain trade, class or group of professionals that they have no affiliation with, for example, the Association or Union is said to be comprised of “Food and Beverage” workers, but “Florists” and “Machinists” are allowed to enroll as members.

10. If the Association or Union is said to have a special arrangement with a health insurance company, a plan administrator or another third party that has designed the plan using a legal “loophole” that allows members to purchase health insurance at a discounted rate or to purchase a individual or group health insurance policy.

So how can you protect yourself from falling victim to a fraudulent insurance scam? Make sure you contact your state’s department of Insurance to determine if the health insurance company and the third-party administrator are licensed to do business in your state and make sure that the “agent” selling the plan is a “licensed health insurance agent.” Additionally, make sure that the health insurance company has been approved to sell the particular policy that is being offered. Since it may be difficult to tell if fraud is involved, always put off buying your insurance policy until you have had the opportunity to perform your own due diligence.

3 Secrets Of Magicians

Magicians have their secrets but they wont tell. Its a sworn oath for magicians not to tell the audience how a trick is done. There are 3 secrets though that theyve shared all throughout the years. Here are their 3 secrets.

The first secret is that some tricks are done through sleight of hand. These are ways with which they skillfully hide an object and make it reappear on another hand. New magicians hide things up their sleeves. Those are old tricks and very few used them now.

Sleights of hand require a lot of practice to master. Beginners of magic use specially created gimmicks to create the illusion. Professional magicians make use of their impressive sleight of hand. It requires a lot of time, patience and hand coordination to fully understand and do.

Another secret is the art of misdirection. See this blank paper? And as audience looks at the blank paper, he is carefully getting another piece with his other hand. This is misdirection. Another type of misdirection is the kind that doesnt let the audience see whats really causing the tricks. You might have seen that a magician has a lot of assistants who also do incredible stuff, but what you didnt know is that they are helping the magician perform the magic just with their presence.

Another kind of misdirection is the appropriate use of words. For example, a magician will tell you to look at the empty box. We tend to look at the box as empty just because he said it. This causes our mind to wonder when the magician gets a rabbit out of it.

Misdirection takes a lot of practice and lots of time in planning. It requires body coordination (one body doing something while the other is doing another thing) and quick thinking. Misdirection is an art and magicians are proud of it.

Another secret is their patter or a magicians constant talk. Misdirection is achieved mostly because of patter. The magician will ask you to look at his right hand and as you are looking, you wont notice what his left hand is doing. This is a really clever way to achieve the illusion that what happens next becomes so magical with the wink of an eye.

Patter usually takes the form of a story, where a magician will tell you of something that happened to him someday. Sometimes its so funny that we actually forget to look at what their hands are doing or what their assistants are giving them.

The gift of fluent speech

There are many people in the world who have problems with their communication. In this article I concentrate on the specific speech impediment called stuttering.

Why do people stutter?

There are many reasons people may develop a stuttering problem:

A traumatic event such as the loss of a relative

Someone in the family such as a parent may have had a stutter

The person who has a stutter may have copied a friend at say school who has a stutter and then it has resulted in them also stuttering

An over aggressive relative telling the person to spit their words out etc.

A while ago I had a female client who told me how she had developed a stutter. She was fluent until the age of twenty four. At this age she became pregnant for the first time, she was very happy and excited about the prospects about becoming a mother.

She was apprehensive about the birth and her friends had been winding her up telling her how painful the experience is. She knew that they were only teasing and tried to keep relaxed.

The day of the birth arrived and unfortunately the delivery was particulary hard and she was extremely shocked about how bad it actually was. After the birth of the baby, who was a healthy boy she developed the stutter.

Not all people who stutter have it from an early age, another one of my clients was fluent until the age of nineteen. At this age he had a car crash and this was the trigger to him starting to stutter.

Advice for Making Online Banking Safe

Banking online.can be a fantastic way to save you time and even money. Most large banks now offer online banking or online account access, and for the most daring: some banks are only available online. With the latest in web safety, these sites are heavily encrypted and designed to be hack-proof. The largest cause of accounts being hacked into actually falls upon the account holders. There are several simple steps that can be taken to avoid your account, money, and personal information being put at risk. Some may seem simple, but it is better to be safe!

1) Never give out your username or password. Your bank will not ask you for your password or even username. They already have it. They will not lose it, and only a very select group of employees can even access it. If you think you need to address this issue, call them at the number your normally call, do not take the phone number off an email or a website, look in the phone book or just stop in at your local branch.

2) If you access your accounts from more than one computer, be sure that computers used by others have up-to-date antivirus software. You should also make sure that the machine is running an up to date browser that can support the standard 128-bit encryption used by most secure websites. When you are done, always be sure to log off and even clear the Auto complete bar also, it can make it too easy for someone to log in and guess your password.

3) A good password in very important, also, using more than one password can be just as valuable. If a hacker, worm, or virus is to get into your computer and find a password, they will try that same password in all of your cached login areas. It also helps drastically to use letters and numbers. Birthdays, pet names, and nicknames also tend to be easiest to guess.

4) Never trust any email sent to you that links directly to your login page. This is the number one trick for hackers to cloak or phish you out of your own private information. Even though the site looks like the site you are familiar with, it may not be. These thieves have become experts at copying the look of real sites with their own copies designed to extrapolate victims bank numbers and more!

By following these steps, you can be confident that your identity and information is still yours and still protected. There are thousands of people and programs trying to steal your information, but you have plenty of tools, people and strategies on your side also! Go ahead save yourself some time and gas money!

To BSN or not to BSN – That is the nurse’s question!

The Goldmark Report in 1923 was the first to recommend that the entry level of education for professional practice as a registered nurse should be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN), and heated debate has raged among nurses over the issue ever since.

Diploma and Associate Degree RNs will clearly tell you that they can run rings around BSN program graduates when it comes to patient care. Theyll explain that they have more actual clinical experience and patient care know how in their little finger than a new BSN grad, and 99% of the time theyre right about that! Ill be the first to admit that if I get seriously ill Im hoping that my nurse graduated from a diploma program like the one they used to offer at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Those nurses had so much training and hands on care experience by the time they graduated that few physicians could hold a candle to them on their best day.

This isnt about whether BSN nurses are better than ADN or Diploma nurses

Up until a few years ago I would have been just as emotional as the next nurse in arguing against the very idea of making the BSN degree the minimum educational level to practice as a professional nurse. The arguments were many and seemed to make sense no difference in pay for a BSN versus an ADN or Diploma nurse, we all do the same job etc.

But The Times, They Are a Changing. And so has my point of view

Rapidly expanding clinical knowledge and mounting complexities in health care mandate that professional nurses possess educational preparation commensurate with the diversified responsibilities required of them. As health care shifts from hospital-centered, inpatient care to more primary and preventive care throughout the community, the health system requires registered nurses who not only can practice across multiple settings – both within and beyond hospitals – but can function with more independence in clinical decision making, case management, provision of direct bedside care, supervision of unlicensed aides and other support personnel, guiding patients through the maze of health care resources, and educating patients on treatment regimens and adoption of healthy lifestyles. In particular, preparation of the entry-level professional nurse requires a greater orientation to community-based primary health care, and an emphasis on health promotion, maintenance, and cost-effective coordinated care. (American Association of Colleges of Nursing, Position Statement, Dec. 2000)

Nursing is a dynamic profession and lifelong learning is essential for nurses to stay current with the increased complexity of the healthcare needs of today and into the future. In other words, the needs of our patients are changing, as we must change in order to be prepared to better serve that need.

BSN degree nurses are better prepared to meet patient needs

The main difference in study between an ADN and BSN is the emphasis on additional education in leadership and management, wellness, and community nursing. BSN prepared nurses possess greater knowledge of health promotion, disease prevention, and risk reduction as well as illness and disease management and are prepared to assist individuals, groups, and communities to prevent disease and achieve optimum levels of wellness. As nurses expand their role and move further into providing more community based primary care delivery the need for BSN prepared nurses is apparent.

Having a BSN degree means more career opportunities

The health system’s increasing demand for front-line primary care, and the accelerating drive toward managed care, prevention, and cost-efficiency, are driving the nation’s need for nurses who are prepared to practice in non-structured setting and interact directly with the public in matters of providing health and prevention services to the community, and that requires a BSN prepared nurse for starters.

Am I saying that every RN should become a BSN?

No, of course not! Thats an individual choice each of you needs to make for yourselves. Dont do it for money. In many cases theres no benefit in pay for having a BSN versus an ADN or Diploma- at least initially. The truth however is that increased education leads to increased responsibilities and increased career opportunities which give rise in turn to increased pay.

BSN nurses will have more career options than ADN and Diploma nurses. Diploma nursing programs and all but extinct anymore and I expect the ADN programs will vanish sometime in the future as well, but those of you who are already licensed will continue to be able to practice as an RN. You might find your job opportunities becoming narrower in the near future however. North Dakota has required all new nurse hires to possess a BSN degree since 1987. The New York State Board has similar legislation pending. The Dept. of Veterans Affairs began requiring all new hires to possess at least a BSN degree in 2005. Who knows whats coming next?

Having a BSN degree allows more opportunity for employment, increased responsibility, and career progression. It opens the door for professional certification in specialty areas of nursing practice and leads to an expanded role as a provider, designer, manager, and coordinator of patient care as well as provides the foundation for graduate education.

Todays working RNs can attain a BSN degree without sacrificing their present job or income by going through an accredited online program. Programs are available that offer NLN accredited LPN to RN/BSN degrees, RN to BSN degrees, RN/ BSN to Masters degrees, and even PhD in Nursing. Your employers education benefits often cover the expense of advancing your degree and tuition assistance is available for those who need additional help.

Nurses wishing to explore available online nursing degree options can learn more by visiting Medi-Smart.coms online nursing school directory at http://medi-smart.com/schools.htm. Medi-Smart is a nursing resource and education site for nurses by an experienced nurse and you can interact with fellow nurses as well as student nurses in the nursing discussion forums while youre there.

Healthcare delivery is changing. Nurses need to change along with it to meet the need.

How to Identify Social Anxiety in Teens
